    Loved The Martian – a real fun adventure yarn just like they used to make! 1Q84 – hmm! Well…I can’t say I loved it but it was interesting. Had it been cut down to roughly a quarter of the length, it’d have been even more interesting though… 😉

    Looking forward to hearing what you think of Slaughterhouse 5 – like you, I’m a bit ashamed to admit I haven’t read any Vonnegut.

      I’m glad you enjoyed it! I thought the same about The Martian. It had that classic scifi quality you just don’t get too much of anymore.

      I’m about forty pages into Slaughterhouse 5. It’s starting to get into the good stuff!
