Low Tea Books is a new adventure born of an older one. As a duo of book lovers banded together, Low Tea Books is the brain child of Bree Reeves and Jacob Torres. Initially created as breereadsbooks.org, Low Tea Books is a friendly and accessible website for all your science fiction and fantasy needs!

Bree is an animal loving, herb growing, book lover from the upper Midwest (She can see Canada from her house!). She has two lovely kitties, Soren and Wollstonecraft, a snake, and three chickens. She spends a not insignificant amount of time being overly enthused with all things science-y and bouncing around the house doing “experiments.” Bree has been blogging since 2013 and has a youtube channel where she reviews books and talks the publishing topics of the day.

Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Jacob Torres now lives in Kansas with his cat Felicia and, he’s told, with entirely too many books. By day, Jacob Torres works at a plant science company, by night you can mostly find him reading and drinking too much tea. Jacob loves the SciFi/Fantasy genre, everything from comics, games, movies, TV, and most importantly books. Though, honestly, Jacob will read from practically any genre.
